I love volunteering at Treasure Hounds because it is very, very fun! In addition to helping generate funds for the animals at the Shelter, I’m seeing old friends, meeting new arrivals to the island, permanent and transitory, and providing a needed business option to the community. It is very fun to receive such fabulous items from our generous donors and then see those donations go to their new homes. It is very fun to come in every week to see the wonderful decorations and new displays the gifted volunteer designers have created. Did I mention it is also very fun?
