The Animal Protection Society of Friday Harbor has announced Jan Sowder is the Volunteer of the Month for October.
Sowder started volunteering at the animal shelter during the summer and has been a familiar face ever since.
She spends time cuddling, walking, petting and brushing the animals and is indispensable when it comes to cleaning kennels, washing dishes, cleaning cat boxes and helping with adoptions. Congratulations to our volunteer and thanks for all your help.
