Victoria Shilton

My husband Albert and I moved to Roche Harbor in 2016 from Pacific Palisades, California. I am a retired garment industry executive with 30 years of experience as President and CEO of successful clothing manufacturing firms. We have 2 adult children, both married, and one granddaughter. I am a past board member of Abbey Road, a nonprofit affordable housing organization whose mission is to foster hopes and dreams by developing housing for underprivileged children and adults to build brighter futures and strengthen communities. For over 20 years, I was involved as support staff for United in Harmony, a nonprofit that provides impoverished children with hope and opportunity through various activities, one of which is a week-long summer camp for 350 kids. I am a past board member of the Friends of Greystone, a nonprofit organization that raises funds for the restoration and preservation of Greystone, the historical landmark Doheny family mansion In Beverly Hills, built in 1928. I currently serve on the Board of Trustees for the San Juan Community Theatre and am ending my 6 year term in October.. I have enjoyed it immensely! I am passionate about animals and their well-being, and in particular, one very special kitty named Benny. My hope would be to bring my experience with nonprofits, my business background and my love for animals to the board and contribute in a meaningful way! Thank you to my dear friend Susan for inspiring me to get involved in the Animal Protection Society! Many thanks for your consideration, Victoria Shilton
