Cue Around

In Cue Around, you are your dog will go beyond sit and down to learn how to do a focused heel while walking frontwards and backwards; weave through your legs; take a turn around you; figure-eight through your legs; do hand targeting; and go from a sit to a down to a stand in any order. Once trained, you can mix these cues up in any order and build fun, working routines. You can work with a friend with their dog and cue around in tandem with them. Or, a big favorite is to put the cues on cue cards and hand the cards off to a friend or family member and have them pull cues for you and your dog to perform at random. Or just randomly pick them out yourself. In any case, Cue Around can help you work with your dog at home in a small space while building focus and teamwork for any training with your dog. So, if you’re looking for ways to keep you and your dog engaged, then it’s time to start cueing around with your dog!

This is a six-week class taking place over a course of 12 weeks. Classes will be held every other week to allow for training time between class sessions. This is a two-hour class.
