The Animal Protection Society, Friday Harbor will be holding a “Christmas for Critters” Holiday Craft Boutique to benefit the Shelter.
The Boutique will take place at The American Legion Community Room Friday, November 15 from 5:00 to 8:00 and Saturday, November 16 from 10:00 to 4:00.
There is no entry fee to participate and all vendors are required to donate 20% of total sales to APS-FH. In addition, each vendor must donate an item or items of their choosing to be raffled during the event.
You will not be asked to staff a table or booth at this event, rather your items will be displayed among other crafts and items for sale at the event, in a shop-like setting. You may certainly be at the event to answer questions or promote the sale of your items. Please drop off your items for sale and your donated item for the raffle no later than Friday, November 15 (by noon) to the American Legion or bring items to the shelter any time during business hours during the week prior. You are welcome to help with set-up on Friday!
We will have one check-out area where shoppers will pay for their items. Each vendor participating must firmly attach price tags to each item (no stickers, please) with your name or identifying mark/stamp on the back of each tag. Please provide APS-FH with a sample of the tag you will be using prior to the event so that we may keep track of your sales and pay you accordingly at the end of the show. We suggest using a small rubber stamp of your choosing to stamp the back of your tags.
Set-up will begin Friday, November 15 at noon and we ask that all vendors remove their items no later than 6:00 pm Sunday, November 16.
